The Amber Connect Vehicle Tracking Device is available in three models, depending on the application, and will provide real-time tracking, monitoring, trip history, statistics and geo-fencing to a smartphone or web application on cellular networks in over 160 countries around the world.
The Amber Connect line features three distinct models, depending on the application. The Amber 362CP is a self-contained device with no installation required and provides up to 30 days of monitoring with its rechargeable power supply. The 362CP can be used to track valuable shipments, luggage, cargo, photo or video equipment and much more. The Amber 363CP is a fully integrated solution for cars, trucks, fleet vehicles and RV’s, featuring remote engine cutoff, engine on/off detection, trip reports, geo-fencing, speed limit notifications and fuel consumption information. An AmberShield can also be deployed from the Amber smartphone app or desktop interface, disabling the car overnight when parked on a street. Finally, the Amber 365CP is a slimmed-down version of the 363CP, providing connections for voltages ranging from 9v-90v, making it an ideal solution for ATVs, boats, dirt bikes and more. The Amber Connect devices have a suggested retail price between $299 and $399 in Canada. One year of service is included with the purchase of an Amber product, and can be renewed for $99/year. Customers may also use their own data-enabled SIM cards in their Amber products. The Amber devices are available in stores now through authorized dealers across Canada.
